Stoneridge Community Las Vegas New Homes

Just wanted to let you know that the Senate Saturday morning passed the Housing Legislation and it now goes to the President for approval.   Please see the attached link for in depth information.

Additionally, once the President signs the Bill, it will mean the Down Payment Assistance Program will be going away and that the FHA down payment amount will increase to 3.5% - both effective October 1, 2008.
